[Water drips on the page for nearly a minute before any writing appears.]
Well, that's different. I can't say today started off boring, at least.

[She took the towel from Cloud, and moved to stand behind him. She wrapped the somewhat damp towel around the rest of the long hair, and gave it a good wring to get as much of the water left out.
That done, she tossed the towel over one shoulder, and set to work separating the hair into three parts and braiding it quickly. It was not the neatest job she had done, but it was serviceable, and soon enough she finished it off with a hair tie, and stood back.]

[He gave her one last fleeting smile of gratitude as he turned to dig out a clean, dry change of clothing from his box, his thoughts turning to the shift ahead of him now that the hair had been taken care of.] I'm running late, but I'll see you again soon.
[He pulled out the necessary items, as well as a length of rope to serve as a rough belt, and turned to leave the breakroom.]
